Our Calibration Procedure
We bring the calibration service to you!
After any panel work requiring removal and refitment of any of the ADAS sensors, or a windscreen has been replaced or the tyre rims have been upgraded to a larger size or the vehicle height has been modified due to a suspension upgrade/ lift kit(compliant to OEM threshold or tolerance), a corresponding ADAS recalibration for Lane Departure Warning/ Adaptive Cruise Control/ Blind Spot Monitoring is recommended to the manufacturer's specifications ensuring that the vehicle responds accurately to the surroundings and performs its function reliably as an Advanced Driver Assistance System.
Prior to calibrating a vehicle, each vehicle undergoes a complete diagnostic scan which identifies any existing or nonrelated fault codes.
The calibration is then precisely carried out.
The most accurate and most up-to-date hardware and software are utilized for this purpose.
In order to ensure the ADAS functions relying on these sensors, such as Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Blind Spot Monitoring(BSM) and Adaptive Cruise Control(ACC) systems are now functioning properly, the vehicle is then road tested. This ensures that the recalibration was carried out successfully and that there are no nonconformities.
A final diagnostic check is carried out upon return, to ensure no fault codes have activated during the test drive.
A comprehensive report is made available for each vehicle upon request.
